Having carried out extensive research in the area of mobility and its application to industry Cian founded Celsus Innovation Solutions.

CTO Cristian Ianto (Dipl CEng) has accumulated a wide range of technical experience gained through consultancy, design and implementation work with SME’s, Institutions and Multinationals. Cristian has been programming since the late ‘80s and has a deep understanding of technologies that have evolved to the present and where they are going in the future.

Head of R&D Dr Donncha Ó Maidín (PhD, MSc, BSc, BMus) has managed large educational computer departments for almost 25 years, during this time he has been actively involved in software development. Dr Ó Maidín has supervised countless research projects and as such plays the role of steering innovation and technology development in the company.

Business Development Dr.Frank Dolphin(MA. PhD. AFBPsS. C.Psychol. FMII) Dr Frank Dolphin is a Chartered Psychologist by profession and a Fellow of the Marketing Institute. Having started his career as a psychologist he also lectured at Trinity College Dublin and Waterford RTC in psychology and consumer behaviour. He established Rigney Dolphin in 1990. Dr Dolphin has worked as a consultant with a wide range of companies in Ireland the UK and US particularly in the areas of senior management mentoring, HR strategy and change management.

Technology Advisor Mikael Fernstrom Mikael Fernström is Director of the Master's program in Interactive Media (www.idc.ul.ie) at the University of Limerick, Ireland. His main research interests are interaction design, sound, music, and electronics. Fernström studied electronic engineering and telecommunications at the Kattegatt technical college in Halmstad, Sweden, and has an MSc in human-computer interaction from the University of Limerick.
